Tinubu returns after signing 2 important deals in Germany

President Bola Tinubu has returned to Abuja after days away in G20 Compact with Africa (CwA) Conference in Germany.

He was received on arrival at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja, at about 8pm, by senior members of the administration and the All Progressives Congress (APC).

Tinubu was with other Heads of State and Government of member-countries, bilateral partners, as well as heads of international organizations in the conference which served as platform to enhance business and economic cooperation.

On Tuesday he had witnessed Nigeria and Germany sign two important agreements, one on supply of gas from Nigeria to Germany and another for $500 million worth of renewable energy projects in the country.

Among those who received the President at the Abuja were the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Chief Nyesom Wike; the National Chairman of the APC, Dr Abdullahi Ganduje; and the Chief of Staff to the President, Hon Femi Gbajabiamila.
